Job summary

Offset Strategic Services (OSS) is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to provide onsite financial management and analytical support to a U.S. Army Government customer in Huntsville, Alabama.

The role focuses on budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting to support program execution and resource management. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, cost analysis, budgeting, or financial management.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial management, budget analysis, and cost analysis support to Government personnel and program teams.
• Develop, monitor, and execute program budgets, financial plans, and funding requirements.
• Analyze financial data, expenditures, obligations, and funding allocations to support accurate tracking and reporting.
• Prepare financial summaries, reports, and forecasts for leadership.
