Offset Strategic Services, LLC (OSS) is seeking a meticulous Financial Analyst to provide onsite financial management and analytical support to a U.S. Army Government customer in Huntsville, Alabama.

The role involves budgeting, cost analysis, financial reporting, and program execution activities. The successful candidate will analyze financial data, monitor expenditures, develop cost estimates, and prepare financial documentation to support informed decision-making and resource management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or closely related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant financial analysis, budgeting, or cost analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting principles.
• Experience analyzing financial data, expenditures, and preparing reports.
• Experience with contract expenditures, forecasts, and funding requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work onsite in Huntsville.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial management support for Government personnel and program teams.
• Develop, monitor, and execute program budgets and funding plans.
• Analyze financial data, expenditures, and funding allocations for accurate reporting.
• Prepare financial reports, spend plans, and funding status updates for leadership.
• Develop cost estimates and analyze contract expenditures for programs.
• Coordinate with government financial managers and stakeholders for timely information.
