Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Two or more years of logistics, data, or administrative experience in a DoD environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with government logistics systems.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SECRET clearance.
• On-site work in Huntsville, Alabama required.
• Must pass a government background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Extract, review, clean, and validate supply chain data from government logistics systems.
• Create recurring and special reports, charts, and briefing materials.
• Support logistics process improvement and optimization studies.
• Analyze demand, inventory, stock positions, and supply chain performance indicators.
• Identify, research, and report data discrepancies and trends.
• Document analytical methods and data sources to support accuracy and auditability.
• Maintain analytical reports, supporting files, and version control.
• Support contract reporting requirements and scheduled deliverables.
• Verify analytical results against source data before release.
• Coordinate with senior analysts and site leadership.
• Follow applicable security, safety, quality, and information protection requirements.
