Qualifications

• Two years of program-specific security engineering with Navy afloat/tactical systems or five years general security engineering.
• Experience on Combat Weapons Systems (Aegis, SSDS, Zumwalt or similar).
• IAT Level II or III certification required (DoD 8570).

Responsibilities

• Author DoD Cybersecurity A&A artifacts.
• Document systems from a cybersecurity perspective using MS Office tools.
• Derive and document CONOPS per DoDI 8500.2.
• Apply DISA STIGs and NSA recommendations.
• Lead ISSO for security matters related to information systems.
• Perform vulnerability tests using ACAS and other IA tools.
• Plan, execute and document risk assessments.
• Develop cybersecurity requirements and mitigations for combat systems.
