Primoris Energy Services seeks a Lead Document Control Coordinator to manage on-site document control for major EPC projects in the Power market. You will oversee drawings, vendor data, RFIs, submittals, and turnover documentation, ensuring timely, compliant flow across engineering, construction, subcontractors, and client representatives.
The role requires full-time on-site presence, coordination with field teams, and development of reports using Power BI to track metrics and performance.
The Lead Document Control Coordinator will support large-scale EPC projects within the Power market. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating all document control activities at the assigned construction job site, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant control of engineering, procurement, construction, and turnover documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires full-time presence at the project job site and close coordination with engineering, construction, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure proper document flow and real-time field support.
Full-time presence at assigned project job site is required. Ability to work in construction site environments, including exposure to outdoor conditions. Must comply with all site safety requirements and PPE standards. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods as required by field operations. #LI-CM1
