Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc Supply Chain in Columbus, OH is seeking a Distribution Clerk to support hub outbound operations. The role involves running system queries, identifying carton needs, and inspecting units per instructions.

You will handle dock searches, inventory reports, and daily hub records while operating warehousing equipment with safety at the forefront. The position is full-time, non-exempt, onsite, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, productivity, and teamwork in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 6 months experience with RF scanners.
• Onsite role requiring attendance and teamwork.
• Willing to cross-train and certify to operate equipment listed.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System and handheld devices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible to work overtime as required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run and consult systems databases to identify cartons for hub outbound deliveries.
• Identify audit exceptions to designated outbound lanes.
• Build, open and inspect units as directed by instructions.
• Conduct dock searches for cartons and remove straps and vendor pallets.
• Daily analysis of hub inventory variances and upkeep of inventory and outbound reports.
• Run daily reports for hub records.
• Locate, receive, and task cartons; operate material handling tools safely.
• Keep work area safe, organized and clean per OSHA and warehousing practices.
• Uphold Williams-Sonoma values in daily activities.
