Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Dayton, NJ is hiring a Warehouse Clerk and Forklift Driver for a structured shift schedule. The role handles RF scanning, load planning, data entry, and reporting in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

You will take ownership of warehouse tasks, maintain safety standards, and support cross-functional teams while working onsite with a strong team focus. Eligibility includes a high school diploma and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 6 months of RF scanner experience.
• At least 1 year of forklift driving with Swing Reach, Reach Truck and Order Picker.
• This is an onsite and in-office role.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• AS400 Warehouse Management system knowledge.
• Organized, detailed, and capable of multitasking.
• Excellent attendance and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute SOPs to process overages, shortages and damages (OS&Ds).
• Perform load closures, data entry, and pull reports.
• Cover load-planning, receiving and picking when needed.
• Assist with daily task reconciliation and research invalid cases.
• Prepare pick sheets for the team to complete.
• Own warehouse functions and ensure processes are correct.
• Communicate via phone and email with internal/external personnel.
• Promote safety awareness and a safe working culture.

• Ability to multitask and be detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentation.
• Executing standard operating procedures to process overages, shortages & damages (OS&d's), perform load closures, data entry, and pulling reports.

• Prepare pick sheets for the team to complete.
• Take ownership of warehouse functions; ensuring processes are completed correctly.
• Effectively communicating via phone and email to internal and external personnel.
• Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company to help avoid unsafe or hazardous working conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders.
• Able to lift up to 75lbs.
• Comfortable walking/standing 90% of the day.
• Comfortable elevating on an Order Picker (OP) and Swing Reach (SW) up to 35ft.
