Job summary

PRIDE Industries in Rocklin, CA is seeking an Employment Coach under the Workforce Inclusion program. You will provide tailored job coaching to people with disabilities to support access, success, and retention in competitive integrated employment.

The role involves coaching, developing relationships with service providers, maintaining case files, and supporting agency requirements. This is an on-site position within a hybrid environment, offering meaningful work aligned with PRIDE's mission.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
CPR/First Aid certification may be required depending on local requirements.
Valid Driver's License required.
Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

Coach and train the necessary skills to be successful in the workplace.
Coach and train with learning and performing the essential functions of job tasks.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with service providers to communicate progress towards goal(s).
Assist in maintaining case files and related paperwork as required by PRIDE Industries and supporting agencies.
Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
