Qualifications

• Experience leading technical service teams in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong leadership and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience supervising technicians or maintenance personnel.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical/mechanical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and preventive maintenance.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with digital printing or industrial production equipment is preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally for training and corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite BHS Digital Print service activities.
• Supervise, coach, and develop onsite technicians and support personnel.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for service operations and escalations.
• Drive equipment uptime, print quality, and overall operational performance.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and maintenance planning.
• Coordinate resources across Engineering, Field Service, Help Desk, and Product Management.
• Analyze equipment performance, downtime, and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in production meetings and present performance and KPI updates to customer leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and contractual service commitments.
