Job summary

Inventive-Group in Mountain Home, Idaho, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Made in America brands. You will design assets, manage email and social campaigns, and optimize e-commerce content across Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, and Amazon.

This 100% onsite role requires hands-on creativity, strong project management, and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Operations to drive campaigns from concept to measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
• Graphic design experience with strong layout, branding, and visual communication.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Experience building and managing email marketing campaigns.
• Experience creating and scheduling social media content for business accounts.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center or similar tools.
• Experience working in WordPress and Shopify, including updates to pages, products, images, and blogs.

Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, paid ads, e-commerce, Amazon, and brand websites.
• Design digital and print marketing assets including email graphics, social posts, web banners, product graphics, and promotional pieces.
• Build, schedule, test, and monitor email campaigns across multiple brands.
• Assist with SMS marketing campaigns, including campaign setup and performance tracking.
• Create and schedule social media content for multiple platforms.
• Support paid digital advertising efforts and campaign performance reporting.
• Help manage product listings and assets across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, Amazon).
• Keep product pages and landing pages up to date with fresh content.
