Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Devops Engineer for an onsite Las Vegas role. You will own production operations, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes platform management. The position emphasizes automation, reliability, and collaboration with development teams to improve deployment processes.

Responsibilities include monitoring, incident response, RCA, and implementing preventive measures. Knowledge of PostgreSQL deployments and Dynatrace monitoring is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and runners.
• Ability to design and optimize deployment automation.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes cluster operations and Helm charts.
• Knowledge of monitoring with Dynatrace and APM tools.
• Familiarity with 24x7 on-call incident management and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for production and non production environments.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and respond to incidents.
• Monitor system health, application performance, and infrastructure availability.
• RCA and implement preventive measures.
• Troubleshoot complex apps, databases, infra, and deployments.
• Design, maintain, and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate deployment, testing, and release processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline DevOps processes.
• Deploy, configure, and manage containerized apps on Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes issues and manage scaling.
