Job summary

Talent Management Plus, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to support large enterprise infrastructure and cloud projects with a remote-first approach. The role emphasizes building reliable CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and secure infrastructure management.

You will work with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, and AWS RDS / PostgreSQL in an Agile environment, applying Python scripting and Go development to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in IT or related.
• Golang development and scripting experience.
• DevOps background in Infrastructure.
• Strong OpenShift/Kubernetes/Helm experience.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines – Jenkins.
• Experience in AWS RDS, Postgresql, or similar.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Python experience.
• Hashicorp Vault experience a plus.
• Redis Enterprise administration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors system hardware/software for performance degradation, connectivity issues, system events and alerts.
• Tests, analyzes, performs corrective actions and restore availability and services in a timely and accurate manner to eliminate/reduce application impact.
• Plans and performs scheduled changes (patching, maintenance, deployment, decommission, configuration, performance tuning) for all hardware and software used to support the database infrastructure.
