Job summary

Satyam Venture Engineering Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking a DevOps / CI-CD Engineer to build and scale CI/CD pipelines for embedded software, AUTOSAR environments, and cloud backend services. You will bridge software development, embedded systems, and cloud operations to ensure safe, secure, and rapid software delivery.

You will collaborate with embedded developers, systems engineers, and validation teams to integrate features, resolve build/test failures quickly, and optimize pipeline

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or CI/CD engineering role, preferably within automotive, aerospace, or embedded systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Bash/Shell scripting, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency with Git, JIRA, and requirements management tools (e.g., JAMA, Confluence).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive), MATLAB/Simulink, ECU software development, or V-cycle/Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded software, AUTOSAR environments, and cloud backend services.
• Workflow Automation: Automate code building, HIL/SIL testing, and deployment processes to maximize developer efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with embedded developers, systems engineers, and validation teams to resolve build/test failures quickly.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud or hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data collection, simulation, and artifact management.
• Release Management: Support software release processes and track traceability and compliance.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor build times, system performance, and pipeline reliability; drive continuous improvements.
