Auto Club Enterprises is hiring a DevSecOps Engineer to embed security into engineering platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflows. This role focuses on secure-by-default practices across on-prem and cloud-native stacks, building scalable internal security tooling for enterprise teams.

You will lead automated security testing, threat modeling, and continuous compliance, collaborating with developers to ensure secure configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevSecOps or secure software engineering within enterprise environments
• Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container tech (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift)
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Cybersecurity or equivalent
• Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and Linux knowledge
• Excellent verbal/written communication for security risk articulation
• Experience integrating CI/CD security tooling and agile practices

Responsibilities

• Embed automated security controls into CI/CD pipelines across build, test, and release stages
• Build internal DevSecOps tooling and platform extensions for multiple engineering teams
• Monitor production and cloud environments to detect misconfigurations and intrusions
• Drive cloud-native security architecture across AWS/Azure and Kubernetes
• Evaluate and integrate security tools to standardize and reduce complexity
• Translate regulatory requirements into automated engineering controls and evidence collection
• Collaborate with developers on secure coding and safe cloud configurations
• Lead vulnerability management and remediation across environments
