Job summary

Harris Computer seeks an on-site Desktop Support Analyst to support a major healthcare organization in New Jersey. The role requires 2-3 years of desktop support experience, with proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, HP hardware, and familiarity with Apple iOS devices and ServiceNow. Basic networking is preferred. This contract role through December may convert to permanent with the client.

The position is primarily on-site in Elizabeth, NJ, with a possible minor travel (<5%). On-call rotation is part of the duties, and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years minimum in a desktop support role.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office and HP hardware.
• Experience with Apple (iOS) devices and ServiceNow.
• Basic networking experience preferred.
• A+ certification highly desired.
