Job summary

Northern Base is seeking a Deployment Engineer to join our Columbus, IN team. This onsite role focuses on server builds for UAT/Production, Apriso deployment, and related application configuration within Windows and Linux environments.

You will coordinate with development, QA, and plant teams to ensure smooth go-lives, perform RCA for issues, and document new processes. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Windows/Linux knowledge and server builds for UAT/Production environments.
• Experience with Apriso deployment processes and related tools.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot IIS, Web Deploy, and application pools.

Responsibilities

• Server builds for UAT and Production environments including prerequisites and Windows Roles configuration.
• Perform database activities, backups, and SQL script validation.
• Install Apriso application and perform post-install changes.
• Coordinate with Plant teams during deployments and Go-Live activities.
• Validate deployment packages using standard deployment procedures; RCA for deployment failures.
• Document new processes and enhance existing documentation.
