Qualifications

• Ability to interpret drawings, engineering details, and field conditions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of structural and selective demolition projects from award through closeout.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost codes, and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.
