Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Demolition Project Manager to oversee structural and interior demolition projects across Greater Chicagoland and Wisconsin. You will manage multiple active projects from execution through completion and coordinate with field leadership, performing regular job-site visits.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on PM experience in demolition, lead a junior PM, and understand environmental remediation guidelines.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on project management experience in demolition.
Direct experience with structural and interior demolition, including full-building projects.
Strong understanding of environmental remediation guidelines for demolition.
Proven ability to independently manage multiple active projects and priorities.
Confident, energetic, self-directed with sound field judgment.
Experience with HCSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage 7–12 active demolition projects at a time.
Oversee demolition projects typically $50K–$650K, with larger as assigned.
Conduct regular job-site visits across Greater Chicagoland and Wisconsin.
Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, field teams, and leadership to stay on schedule.
Ensure demolition activities follow environmental remediation guidelines.
Manage change-order estimating and related project documentation.
Provide direction, oversight, and support to a junior Project Manager.
