Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Deficiency Tracking/SupervisorAnalyst to compile, organize, and analyze patient medical records for inpatient and outpatient services across the network. This onsite role supports care quality, revenue integrity, and regulatory compliance with CMS, NJDOH, and TJC requirements.
The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to travel within the HMH network to retrieve documentation.

The Deficiency Tracking/SupervisorAnalyst is responsible for compiling, organizing and analyzing patient medical records for Hospital Inpatient and Hospital Outpatient services to support the network goals for accuracy, timeliness and completeness for purposes of continued patient care, revenue and compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH), The Joint Commission (TJC) and the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) Network policies and procedures.
This is a fully onsite role. This position requires record retrievals from various areas of the hospital. Strong computer and communication skills preferred.
