Job summary

PGTEK is seeking a Data Center Hardware Technician in Windsor, CO, 100% onsite. The role involves hands-on hardware troubleshooting, repair, and installations (rack and stack) to maintain uptime in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs and work in a team-based datacenter setting.

The position is first shift with rotation, and compensation ranges from $80,000 to $85,000 per year depending on experience. Onsite work is required and US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Dell server maintenance and component replacement (GPUs, NICs, memory).
• Rack and stack installations and hardware troubleshooting.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 65 lbs in a data center.

Responsibilities

• Hardware maintenance and repair of Dell servers.
• Track, prioritize, and resolve hardware service tickets.
• Identify and resolve server hardware issues.
• Maintain clear communication with team and stakeholders.
• Perform physical data center tasks and ladder work as needed.
• Collaborate with technicians and other departments to meet goals.
• Ensure high-quality, reliable repairs and uptime.
