Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MS with data analytics background.
• Experience in BI, analytics, or data science supporting business ops.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Domo.
• Strong SQL skills for extracting, cleaning, transforming data.
• Experience using Python or R for statistics or ML.
• Ability to explain analytics clearly to business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and reporting needs.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and automated reports.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and gaps.
• Build predictive and descriptive models for forecasting.
