AGCO in Tremont, IL is seeking a detail-oriented Data Scientist to support our Business Intelligence function. You will transform complex data into clear dashboards, reports, and predictive insights while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes.

The role is on-site 4 days per week at Tremont, IL or Louisville, CO and offers a base salary of $84,000-$176,000 with an 8% target bonus, dependent on experience and performance. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, business analytics, statistics, CS, or related field; MS acceptable.
• Experience in BI, analytics, or data science supporting business operations.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Domo).
• Strong SQL skills and data extraction/transforming experience.
• Experience using Python or R for analysis or ML.
• Ability to translate analysis for business stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reports.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build predictive and descriptive models for forecasting and performance.
• Translate findings into concise business insights and recommendations.
• Support data governance for accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with IT and Cloud teams to improve data pipelines.
