AGCO is seeking a Data Scientist for its BI function. You will transform complex datasets into dashboards, reports, and predictive insights, partnering with business leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, KPI ownership, and scalable analytics. On-site work is required, with location options Tremont, IL and Louisville, CO, and a base salary range with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in data science, analytics, CS, or related field.
• Experience in BI, analytics, or data science supporting business ops.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau or Domo.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to define KPIs and reporting needs.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and automated reports.
• Conduct deep-dives to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build predictive and descriptive models for forecasting.
• Translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Support data governance for accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with IT and Cloud teams to enhance pipelines.
