Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3–7 years of financial analysis or business analytics experience.
• Professional services, accounting firm, or consulting experience preferred.
• Experience supporting leadership with reporting and analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data using SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data models and reporting frameworks.
• Develop and maintain automated processes for data cleansing, validation, and visualization.
• Analyze financial statements, transactional data, and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Suggest changes to reporting methodologies and data governance standards.
