The role collaborates with Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, and Practice Leadership to ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decisions.

The position requires SQL, Excel, and Power BI skills, with 3–7 years of experience in financial analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field required.
• 3-7 years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, accounting, or business intelligence.
• Professional services, accounting firm, or consulting experience preferred.
• Experience supporting leadership with reporting and analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains firm confidentiality.
• Follows firm policies by conforming to the Employee Handbook.
• Develops an understanding of the firm’s vision, plan, and strategies and their role in achieving them.
• Utilizes SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data from databases, spreadsheets, and accounting software.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for management.
