The role involves partnering with Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, and Practice Leadership to design data models, dashboards, and automated processes while supporting risk management and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, accounting, or business intelligence.
• Experience in professional services, accounting firm, or consulting is preferred.
• Experience supporting leadership with reporting and analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop data models and reporting frameworks to meet internal needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and design dashboards.
• Create automated data cleansing/validation processes for accurate reporting.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations with findings and recommendations.
• Support strategic initiatives to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.
