Job summary

Yeo & Yeo CPAs & Business Consultants in Michigan seeks a Data/Financial Analyst to compile and interpret data across the firm, measure trends, and support decision-making to optimize financial performance.

You will work with Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Recruiting, Information Technology, and Practice Leadership to develop reporting, dashboards, and data models, with emphasis on data governance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field required.
• Three to seven (3-7) years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, accounting, or business intelligence.
• Professional services, accounting firm, or consulting experience preferred.
• Experience supporting leadership with reporting and analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data from multiple sources using SQL.
• Develop data models and reporting frameworks for internal stakeholders.
• Create automated data cleansing, validation, and visualization processes.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Support implementation of strategic initiatives to optimize financial performance.
