Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a User Study Researcher II for onsite San Diego, a 12-month engagement to plan, execute and track large-scale data collections and user studies for algorithm development.

The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting skills, and experience in Operations/PM contexts, with documentation for HW/SW platforms and vendor training. Onsite only, long-term project.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in one or more of the following fields/roles: Operations (i.e. data, product, lab, R&D, etc.), Test/Quality/Support Engineering or Technical Program Management
• Sound technical troubleshooting and triage methodology
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication, and communicates with technical and non-technical individuals with ease
