Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate issues clearly with remote and on-site teams.
• Proficient with Linux terminal; basic scripting familiarity welcome.
• Experience handling hardware integration and interacting with devices via wired/wireless methods.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate on-site data collection studies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Document daily activities and gather client-driven data and feedback.
• Manage device intake, shipment coordination, and software commands for devices.
• Capture and present data using charts/graphs for client stakeholders.
• Maintain logs, update internal planning tools, and report data gaps and issues.
