Job summary

Lambda Inc. is seeking a hands-on Data Center Technician to install and maintain server, storage, and network infrastructure in our Atlanta data centers.

You will ensure proper racking, labeling, cabling, and configuration while troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues. Collaborating with supply chain and manufacturing teams, you will support large-scale deployments, manage a parts depot, and maintain accurate DCIM documentation.

Qualifications

• Familiar with critical infrastructure systems supporting data centers: power, cooling, monitoring, cabling.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow instructions.
• Action-oriented with willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel for bring up of new data center locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure new server, storage and network infrastructure is properly racked, labeled, cabling and configured.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in advanced systems.
• Document data center layout and network topology in DCIM software.
• Collaborate with supply chain & manufacturing for timely deployments of systems and projects.
