Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Principal Equipment Supply Chain Procurement Site Leader to manage OFCI equipment on Reno, NV construction sites. You will act as the primary onsite liaison among procurement, engineering, contractors, OEMs, and commissioning teams, from purchase to startup.

The role requires strong onsite leadership, deep knowledge of OFCI lifecycles, and the ability to align supplier schedules with aggressive construction timelines in a fast-paced data center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with strong procurement focus.
• 8+ years in procurement execution, supply chain, or construction delivery in large-scale projects.
• Experience with data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Own onsite execution of OFCI equipment from post-purchase to commissioning.
• Single onsite accountability for equipment delivery, installation readiness, startup.
• Integrate OEM schedules with construction and commissioning timelines.
• Coordinate with GC, engineering, commissioning, and OEM field teams.
• Track FAT, delivery, installation, and commissioning milestones.
• Ensure site readiness for equipment receipt, staging, and sequencing.
• Identify risks early and drive resolution plans.
• Escalate delivery issues with clear documentation.
• Support milestone verification, payments, and site risk identification.
• Maintain reporting, risk logs, and communication with procurement leadership.
