B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time Site Quality Manager to oversee quality control and assurance on data center construction projects.

This role requires on-site presence in Turkey, Texas, working with the project management team to ensure compliance with contractual specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing the quality plan, conducting inspections, managing non-conformances, and guiding punch lists to closeout while delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Electrical background and familiarity with codes for data center construction.
• 3-5 years in QA/QC in data center construction preferred.
• Proven ability to manage quality on multi-million-dollar projects.
• Willingness to be on site 100% of the time.
• Strong communication and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce the site's quality control plan.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with codes and specs.
• Identify non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Manage punch lists through to project closeout.
• Coordinate with PM and field teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
