Job summary

B.H. Inc. is hiring a full-time Site Quality Manager to oversee quality control and assurance on data center construction projects.

The role requires on-site presence in Turkey, Texas, working with the project management team to ensure compliance with contractual specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate has an electrical background, 3–5 years QA/QC in data center construction, and 5+ years of management experience.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical QA/QC experience on data center construction.
• Willingness to be on site on Turkey, Texas full-time.
• Experience managing quality on multi-million-dollar projects.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards.
• Construction Management degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce the project quality control plan.
• Conduct inspections to ensure electrical and mechanical work meets specs.
• Identify, document non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Manage punch lists through closeout.
• Coordinate with customers and project teams to resolve quality issues.
• Plan, execute, and finalize quality processes per contract and schedule.
