Aegis Companies is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to provide CPM scheduling support for our data center practice in Phoenix, AZ. You will develop, manage, and monitor schedules and project control systems throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with client project managers, construction professionals, and stakeholders to keep programs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include progress updates, critical path analyses, risk identification, and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• One+ year in project controls for data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, PM, or related field (waived with 5+ years in vertical construction).
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM schedules for construction projects.
• Review documents to create baselines with dates, activities, milestones.
• Perform progress schedule updates with reporting and narratives.
• Conduct critical path analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and validate progress.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks for the program.
