Job summary

System One is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex data center construction projects in West Texas and surrounding markets. You will oversee preconstruction through turnover, driving safety, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence while maintaining strong client relationships and team collaboration.

The role requires disciplined planning, proactive communication, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with frequent field coordination and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred; or 8 years of equivalent construction experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of commercial, industrial, mission critical, or technically complex construction experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors, project controls, and multiple project stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission critical and data center projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, trade partners, and field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Manage procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders; monitor budgets and forecasts.
