Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a detail‑oriented maintenance technician to join our onsite team at a data center facility. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building tasks to keep critical infrastructure running smoothly.

You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and install equipment, follow safety protocols, manage stock and procurement within budget, and respond to maintenance requests with a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related systems.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Regularly inspect and maintain building systems following preventive schedules.
• Set up and install new equipment, fixtures, or appliances as required.
• Ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve problems with electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, doors/windows, locks, etc.
• Repair or replace faulty parts or equipment as needed.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Coordinate with personnel to procure items within budget.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and mitigate identified hazards.
