Actalent is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Data Center Early Works in Pecos, Texas. Onsite role, accountable for field leadership, safety, schedule, coordination with GC and subs to advance mass earthworks and civil infra toward vertical construction.

You will review plans, manage progress, attend OAC meetings, and support RFPs, change management, and pay applications. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in heavy civil, greenfield site development, and strong knowledge of mass

Qualifikationen

• Ten or more years of progressive construction management on large, complex projects.
• Experience with greenfield site development, heavy civil, and major earthworks.
• Proven oversight of General Contractors and multiple subcontractors.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day field oversight of the GC and major construction activities.
• Manage earthworks, grading, utilities, roads, and site development.
• Oversee mass grading, underground utilities, drainage, and earthmoving.
• Ensure safety, quality, scope, schedule, cost, and risk commitments.
• Monitor progress and identify constraints to protect milestones.
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, and program leadership to resolve issues.
• Participate in OAC meetings and provide progress updates.
• Support RFPs, change management, pay apps, and other admin tasks.
• Elevate contractor performance issues and schedule risks promptly.
• Ensure early works transitions smoothly to vertical construction.
