Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to support a global technology client on large-scale data center construction projects. This role focuses on cost control, budgeting, forecasting, change management, and commercial administration, with on-site presence in Louisiana.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in cost management within construction, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of working across cross-functional teams in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of cost management/quantity surveying experience.
• Experience on medium to large construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and change management skills.
• Experience reviewing contractor estimates and payments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems.
• Monitor project costs to align with budgets and client objectives.
• Prepare cost reports and financial updates for clients and stakeholders.
• Support change management, bids, and contractual submissions.
• Assist with cost estimates throughout design and construction phases.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and client representatives.
