Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking two Construction Managers to lead on-site delivery for a large-scale data center campus in Temple, TX. You will manage coordination with GCs and trades, maintain safety standards, and drive reliable progress across quality, schedule, and cost.

The role supports preconstruction activities and reports to the Area/ Campus CM structure. It is a contract, on-site position with a pay range of $60.00–$85.00/hr and close monitoring of project milestones.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position on-site leadership for data center construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction execution with GC and trade partners.
• Enforce site safety plans and execution culture with stakeholders.
• Drive quality, schedule and cost tracking; report progress to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with AHJ and local authorities as needed.
• Assist preconstruction activities including budgeting, scheduling and GMP development.
