• 5+ years in cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or governance functions.
• 3+ years with frameworks (NIST CSF, FFIEC, ISO 27001, CRI).
• 3+ years’ experience with regulatory and risk management practices in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic program execution aligned with business objectives, risk management goals and regulatory guidance.
• Operationalize the cybersecurity strategy, governance and innovation roadmap with leadership teams.
• Develop and report on governance processes, policies, and control maturity across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Technology to ensure cohesive program execution.
