Huntington National Bank seeks a Manager of Cybersecurity Strategy and Governance to lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives and governance processes. The role partners across Cybersecurity and business units to improve governance discipline, controls, and innovation delivery.

The ideal candidate will translate strategic direction into actionable workstreams, drive cross-functional collaboration, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or governance functions.
• 3+ years' experience utilizing cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, FFIEC CAT, ISO 27001, CRI).
• 3+ years' experience with regulatory and risk management practices, particularly in financial services or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Execution: design and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives, risk management goals, regulatory guidance, and long-term growth.
• Governance & Policy Management: draft, socialize, and update policies; align with regulations and industry standards.
• Risk & Compliance Support: maintain the cybersecurity risk and control matrix and support audits and regulatory findings.
• Continuous Improvement: pilot innovative capabilities and drive process improvements.
• Cybersecurity Metrics & Reporting: develop dashboards and automate reporting for executives and risk committees.
• Stakeholder Engagement: coordinate working groups and collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology functions.
