Job summary

Leidos is seeking multiple Cyber Analysts in Ft Meade, MD to support Connection Approval / Authorization to Connect efforts. These positions are on-site with light, discretionary telework.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining SOPs/TTPs, performing RMF reviews, and providing monthly metrics; candidates must hold an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and DoD IAM II/IAT II certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• DoD 8570 IAM II or IAT II certification.
• Knowledge of National and DoD IT policy.
• Experience establishing software evaluation processes.
• Ability to maintain quality across the software life cycle.
• Ability to conduct formal and informal reviews.

Responsibilities

• Support Connection Approval leadership with deliverables and documentation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs/TTPs for compliance.
• Provide cybersecurity policy recommendations.
• Assess RMF packages and MOAs/MOUs, ensuring DoD policy alignment.
• Process connection packages and deliver monthly performance metrics.
• Attend governance boards and track meeting minutes/action items.
• Maintain CAO databases and process connection package correspondence.
