Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, part of Danaher, is seeking a Customer Technical Support Specialist to join our on-site team in Indianapolis, IN. You will be the entry point for technical phone assistance, diagnose hardware, software, and instrument issues, and dispatch the right resources for resolution.

You will collaborate with the Customer Technical Support Supervisor and team to deliver timely, accurate solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction while upholding Danaher's service

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics or Biomedical and 1+ years experience in a laboratory environment OR biomedical or medical instrument operation.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of remote troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide key entry point for technical phone assistance for our customers and encompasses the following important work initiatives
• Respond to customer calls, assessing customers requirements and determining the most cost-effective solution(s) to the customers problems.
• The incumbent provides general technical consult distinguishing among hardware, software, application and /or customer training issues in order to provide a phone-fixable solution or dispatch a task with the appropriate resource
