Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, located onsite in Indianapolis, is hiring a Customer Technical Support Specialist to drive efficiency in the field service organization and deliver positive customer experience. This role reports to the Customer Technical Support Supervisor and is fully onsite at our Indianapolis facility.

You will provide key entry point for technical phone assistance and help determine cost-effective solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or Biomedical with 1+ year lab experience, or biomedical/medical instrument operation.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• 2+ years of remote troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide key entry point for technical phone assistance for customers and assess requirements to determine cost-effective solutions.
• Distinguish among hardware, software, application and training issues to provide a phone-fixable solution or dispatch the appropriate resource.
