Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive verbal phone-in orders, determine discounts and terms.
• Identify and inform manager of problem areas (shortages, delays, service failures).
• Respond to written and verbal communications about orders, status, quotes and returns.
• Notify customers about availability problems and delays.
• Process product replacements with manager authorization.
• Communicate with customers to meet delivery and quality standards.
• Assist with warranty-related determinations and shipping accuracy.
• Enter orders correctly to ensure proper shipments.
