British Swim School of Northwest Orlando is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day business operations, including customer and staff interactions and managing the budget and payroll. The role focuses on developing relationships within the aquatic programs and ensuring smooth daily activities.

This part-time position offers opportunities for growth, training, and a chance to contribute to the community by promoting our swim programs and safety education.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Have a responsible and professional demeanor.
• Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED certification is preferred or may be obtained during training.
• Experience in business administration or related fields is beneficial.

The Position:

Oversee the “day-to-day” of the business, including interacting with customers, staff, and pool partners. The Operations Manager is fiscally responsible for all aspects of the business – managing the budget, payroll, vendor payments, and daily expenses. Aquatics manager must understand Aquatics and programs related to aquatics, must be able to develop relationships.

This is currently a part-time role with a set schedule.

Your Typical Responsibilities:
