Job summary

Rolls-Royce seeks a Customer & Product Training Instructor in Indianapolis to design, develop, and deliver world-class training for customers and employees. The role centers on SME leadership in learning solutions, balancing technical accuracy with engaging delivery.

Responsibilities include creating materials, delivering sessions both in person and remotely, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree with relevant turbine/operations experience
• FAA A&P or international license beneficial

Responsibilities

• Design & development of learning materials for customers and employees
• Deliver high-quality product and service training, in-person and remote with travel up to 50%
• Collaborate with CFBU Technical and Commercial Managers to tailor learning programs
• Manage work packages and track progress against milestones
• Ensure training content aligns with Rolls-Royce policies and tools
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive performance improvements
