WhiteWater Express is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to support customers, locations, and teams from our Corporate Office in Houston. You will manage memberships, billing inquiries, and general account questions via phone, email, and online support, delivering friendly, professional assistance.

This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST, and room to grow within a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with writing, grammar, and editing.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence using technology and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. We’ll help you learn the rest.
• Customer service or related experience is a plus, but candidates eager to learn are welcome.
• Must complete background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to resource for customers, handling memberships, billing, and account questions via phone, email, and online support.
• Deliver friendly, professional, timely support to create a great customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns by researching accounts, explaining options, and identifying solutions.
• Partner with store teams and other departments to resolve customer needs.
• Identify trends in feedback and translate insights into improvement opportunities.
• Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet response time goals.
• Participate in special projects and new initiatives as the company grows.
