Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to resource for customers, assisting with memberships, billing, and general account questions through phone, email, and online support systems
• Deliver friendly, professional, and timely support that helps create a great customer experience
• Solve customer concerns by researching accounts, identifying solutions, and explaining membership and service options
• Partner with store teams and other departments to help resolve customer needs
• Identify trends in customer feedback and help turn those insights into opportunities for improvement
• Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet response time goals
• Participate in special projects and new initiatives as our company continues to grow
