Fox Marble is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations onsite at our Richmond, CA facility. You will act as the bridge between customers, technicians, and management, handling inquiries, scheduling, and maintaining project records.

The role emphasizes strong communication, CRM proficiency, and attention to detail while using Google Workspace, Office tools, and AI-assisted workflows. A collaborative environment with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Typing speed 60–70 WPM with high accuracy.
• Experience with CRM systems (Jobber, ServiceTitan, Salesforce or similar).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with business phone systems.
• Organized, dependable, proactive with attention to detail.
• Experience in stone restoration or home services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, respond to emails, and follow up on appointments and service questions.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
• Maintain accurate customer information and service records in Jobber and other systems.
• Use business phone systems, CRM platforms, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and AI tools to support workflows.
• Collaborate with the Stone Care team, technicians, and management for clear communication and documentation.
